General Contractor/Construction Manager for Multi-Property Rehab in Sanger, Ca. Fresno Housing (FH) is requesting bids from licensed general contractor/construction managers for rehab consisting of repairs and upgrades, resulting in turnkey units to multiple Fresno Housing Properties in Sanger, Ca. as set forth in the General Scope of Work within the IFB. The bids shall include all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to complete the project. (Except as otherwise stated with the attached Specifications, set forth in the General Scope of Work, and in a condition acceptable to the Housing Authority). Bidders will be required to submit bids for construction project, which require the payment of state prevailing wages/prevailing wages, certified payroll, and an assurance of completion will be required as a performance and payment bond in a penal sum of 100% of the contract price.
