The City of Belton Public Works Facility, Building A, located at 700 Seabee Road, Belton, Missouri, 64012. The City of Belton is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide building materials and building assembly for a structural breezeway between two existing buildings. Proposal Items: Building: One (1) 10' x 20' single slope structural steel building with 2:12 pitch and all steel secondary framing Dimensions: 10 feet width (north to south) x 20 feet length (west to east - existing building to existing building) Building materials to include all steel framing, sheet metal, clips, etc. Two (2) walk doors with windows, steel jambs, and locking knob sets included 3" vinyl-backed, fiberglass insulation (R-10) and installation into building Provide, hang, and finish 1/2" drywall on new walls and ceiling (excludes priming and painting or any work on existing building) Missouri-Stamped Engineered Building Drawings included Excludes electrical Excludes concrete other than grouting
