Summary The City of Belton is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the install of mini splits. Question Deadline 01/19/2025 Questions Contact Lt. Based on the questions received, an addendum may be published on the citys website. Scope of Work: . Installation of two 3-ton mini splits - Dispatch area 3-ton mini split with wall mounted wired controller, Electrical room 3-ton mini split with wall mounted wired controller . Install/Mount outdoor units for each mini split (Dispatch on roof, Electrical room on west exterior wall). . Run lines for complete electrical hook up of each to condenser and evaporator . Each to have a dedicated 40-amp circuit, circuit breaker conduit, conductors . Provide proper handling and mounting as required. . Provide electrical and drains for each unit. . Perform comprehensive test to ensure startup and proper function. . Must be City-licensed and insured. Permits and inspections are required.
