Lead Hazard Evaluation -Radon Services. Contract term: 3 years Location: The City of Rensselaer For each unit assisted, the consultant will provide Lead Based Paint (LBP) hazard assessment and submit a complete report on the same to the City and the Homeowner. Conduct an LBP Clearance Inspection and submit a complete report to the City and Homeowner. Secure the required samples and have them analyzed by a certified Laboratory. Conduct radon testing services for each assisted structure and submit a report to the City and Homeowner. The consultant will be expected to be on call to provide the above services for the City as requested. Lead hazard evaluation services rendered by the consultant must be carried out according to requirements established by EPA at 40 CFR 745.227. NOTE: XRF testing is a mandatory requirement for each completed inspection/risk assessment.
