The New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) is soliciting bids for the daily operations and management of the Wastewater Treatment Plants at five OCFS Division of Juvenile Justice and Opportunities for Youth (DJJOY) facilities. The following facilities listed below require services: Finger Lakes Residential Center (250 Auburn Road, Lansing, NY 14882) MacCormick Secure Center (300 South Road, Brooktondale, NY 14817) Red Hook Residential Center (531 Turkey Hill Road, Red Hook, NY 12571) Highland Residential Center (629 North Chodikee Lake Rd, Highland, NY 12528) Goshen Secure Center (97 Cross Road, Goshen, NY 10924) The duties of the daily operations and management include, but are not limited to: Serving as the "Operator of Record" and "Authorized Agent" and performing all necessary daily and emergency operations of the Wastewater Treatment Plants at each of the facilities identified; Performing operations in strict compliance with each facility's State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (SPDES) permit; Maintaining daily logs at each location; Performing all required sampling at each location; Completing/submitting Discharge Monthly Reports for each location; and Completing inspections and reporting of all equipment and operations of each facility as indicated in IFB Section 3.2 Product/Service Specifications to the Facility Director and New York State (NYS) OCFS Capital Services.
