The Proposed Work Includes Approximately the Following: This Project Will Convert an Open Corridor Within the Parkway Fire Station Into Two Small Private Offices. This Project Includes the Demolition of Existing Shelving, Installation of Two Storefronts With Doors to Match Existing Nearby Offices, the Construction of a Dividing Wall, the Modification of Lighting, Hvac and Fire Suppression Systems as Well as the Addition of Carpeting Within the New Offices. A Prequalification Form Must Be Submitted to the City of Grants Pass Engineering Division, Five Calendar Days Prior to the Bid Opening Date in Order for the Bid to Be Considered. The City of Grants Pass may reject any proposal not in compliance with all public proposal procedures and requirements, may waive any irregularities, and may reject for good cause any or all proposal upon a finding of the City it is in the public interest to do so.
