Notice of Intent to Award By October 18, 2024 Oregon State University's University Housing and Dining Services (UHDS) department is conducting a competitive TWO-STEP Request for Proposal (RFP) process to retain one firm to provide general contracting for its Weatherford Hall Exterior Renovation. OSU's Department of University Housing & Dining Services is planning to renovate the exterior of Weatherford Hall a historical residence hall on the Corvallis campus to address water infiltration issues throughout the exterior of the building and are seeking CMGC services to develop a scope and approach to restoring the building envelope. Question Deadline 09/13/2024 at 5:00 PM PT All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to constructioncontracts@oregonstate.edu by the Question Deadline in order to be addressed. Final Addendum Issuance (if necessary) By September 18th. Estimated Notice to Proceed By October 31, 2024 OSU reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor informalities in compliance with the provisions of OSU standards and policies adopted by OSU.
