Oregon State University ("OSU" and/or "Owner") is conducting a competitive Comprehensive Reserve Invitation to Bid (ITB) process to retain ONE (1) Contractor to provide Construction Services for the Skoro House Improvements (the "Project"). Budget. $500,000.00. Location. Skoro House - 740 SW 15th Street in Corvallis. Future Home of the Health Equity & Wellness Team which will provide prevention and education services relating to substance use, nutrition and other topics. Summary of Work. Contractor will be installing a metal ADA ramp on the outside of the structure with access to the top of the porch. Contractor will also provide an ADA parking spot with an access across the green strip the bottom of the ramp. Inside the structure the contractor will be making a new ADA restroom and a single stall restroom. Upstairs the railing will need to be changed out to meet building code. Outside there will be frontage improvements with moving the sidewalks back on both 15th and western side. We will also be providing landscaping to both OSU standards and City codes. The driveway entrance will be removed, and the new curb and gutter placed in that area. There will be PIPC work with this project.
