Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Greer, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The County of Greenville is requesting quotes for the demolition and removal of all structures and debris at 4023 Jordan Road, Greer, SC 29651. This project is a forced demolition by the County of a residential structure that has been ruled unfit. All structures on the property will need to be removed including any and all trash, rubbish, debris and uncontrolled growth (weeds/high grasses). When the lot has been cleared, the lot will need to be graded to promote positive drainage and then seeded and strawed to prevent erosion. Demolition (raze/ tear down) of all structure(s), to include removal of the structure(s), removal of all debris, weeds, rank vegetation, driveways, slabs, foundation walls, impervious surfaces, and fences. Sever and seal electrical, gas, water, sewer, and telephone utility mains per the Utility Companies Directives, also to fill open wells, removal/crushing/fill-in of septic tanks, underground fuel tanks, etc. on property(ies) to South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control standards. Demolition of the structure shall be in accordance with all applicable regulations. 4023 Jordan Road, Greer, SC Tax Map Number 0619.01-01-022.01. Asbestos WAS detected on the property and air monitoring will be required for asbestos abatement. Greenville County has contracted S&ME for air monitoring services. Coordination with S&ME and Greenville County Codes will be required to conduct the air monitoring during the abatement. The GIS Map and the Asbestos Report are attached.
