The selected contractor must provide excellence in day-to-day parking and shuttle bus operations and maintenance, as well as active, innovative commercial management to increase customer satisfaction and Airport net revenues. Underpinning KCAB's desired parking improvements is the procurement of new industry-leading technologies, including a parking access and revenue control system (PARCS) and online booking system (OBS). Additionally, KCAB expects the Operator to propose and implement a GPS bus tracking system with associated signage and a shuttle bus automated passenger count system. We request that you update your prospective bidder status and indicate the reason for not bidding on this project
