As of October 6, 2025, a design-build firm has been selected. The Boone County Fiscal Court is requesting proposals to provide professional engineering services for the design of waterline improvements associated with Engineering Services for Water Main Expansion, Boone County, Kentucky - Group 3.3. The design will include development of construction plans and documents required to complete the improvements with the goal of providing water availability and fire protection on unserved streets. This Request for Proposals is intended to identify an engineering partner to complete all facets of data collection, research, fieldwork and design services necessary to complete a final engineering plan set to be used for bidding the construction of the desired water main lines. Question Submission Deadline: October 3, 2024, 5:00pm Question Response Deadline: October 8, 2024, 5:00pm Boone County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities and to negotiate for the modifications of any proposal or to accept that proposal which is deemed the most desirable and advantageous from the standpoint of customer value and service and concept of operations, The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
