The City of Kenner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, and waive informalities. However, the provisions and requirements of the Louisiana Public Bid law, those stated in the advertisement for bids, those provided in the bid form and written specifications shall not be considered as informalities and shall not be waived by the City of Kenner. This contract will be valid from January 1, 2025- June 30, 2027. Any questions pertaining to this bid should be directed to the Finance Department at Fincontracts@kenner.la.us .
