The City and NOAB reserve the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with the requirements of Louisiana Public Bid law Bid Bond - five percent (5%) of bid amount, conditioned on the bidder's failure to execute a contract with the City to supply the specified goods or services. PERFORMANCE BOND 50% of bid amount. PAYMENT BOND 50% of bid amount. SLDBE Goal: 23.15%" Supply copy to the NOAB of all applicable and required licenses upon written request by the NOAB. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
