Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Kenner, Louisiana. Working plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of September 3, 2025, all bids have been rejected as over budget. The project will be revised and readvertised at a later date which has not been determined at this time. The proposed work ("Work") includes constructing an adjacent 28.8 MGD submersible pump station and connect it to the existing 4.0 MGD lift station wet well. Work includes, but not limited to: Demolition, Civil Site Work, Structural Excavation, Backfilling, Precast Concrete Piling, Structural Concrete, Submersible Pumps, Piping, Electrical, Mechanical and all related work to complete the Project. 4.0 MGD Sewer Lift Station Upgrades, 131 West Esplanade Avenue, Kenner, Louisiana. All questions shall be in writing and shall be submitted via email to the City of Kenner Finance Department at FINcontracts@kenner.Ia.us to Friday, January 10, 2025, 5:00 PM, C.S.T.
