Site work for a water / sewer project in Alvin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope will include removal and replacement of approximately 1,600 feet of SDR pipe with a new 8 C-900 waterline along South Bypass 35 between Fairway Drive and Jephson Drive in the City of Alvin including all associated fittings, as well as the installation of a temporary above ground waterline to service the residents and businesses along this line. All inquiries about this Bid must be submitted in writing to the City Secretary via email: citysecretary@cityofalvin.com. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Alvin or negotiable U. S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The City of Alvin reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
