Renovation of a municipal facility in Chincoteague, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to furnish and install a new HVAC system and clearing of the firestopping material from the roof soffits and ridge vent of the bridge house at the Chincoteague Bridge. The Contractor shall furnish the top floor control room of the bridge house at the Chincoteague Bridge with a new ductless split system heat pump with ceiling cassettes. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: From date of award through 120 days (nonrenewable) Provide questions no later than 5:00 PM EST on November 7, 2024.
