Site work for a civil project in Manchester, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and bridge / tunnel.

**As October 02, 2024, the apparent low bidder was Albanese D&S with a total base bid of $7,091,994,93. Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of: CMOM Program - Sewer Rehabilitation and Repair Project - Contract 5 includes: 1,000 linear feet of full length sewer replacement, 28 excavated point repair locations, 12,600 linear feet of full length cured-in-place liners, 112 cured-in-place spot liners, Lake Ave/Spruce St culvert rehab, 380 linear feet of horizontal direction drill siphon replacement, 250 linear feet of culvert rehab at Marjam, large culvert cleanout under Mammoth Road, 50 linear feet of culvert rehab under Massabesic St, 25 linear feet of large culvert replacement at cross -country location off Spruce St, Namaske Boat Launch Improvements, Stevens Pond Boat Launch Improvements, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Completion time for the project will be calculated as calendar days from the date specified in the "Notice to Proceed" as follows: 397 calendar days for substantial completion. 595 calendar days for final completion Liquidated damages will be in the amount of $2,500, for each calendar day of delay from the date established for substantial completion, and $2,500 for each calendar day of delay from the date established for final completion. Each General Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the Total Base Bid Price A PERFORMANCE BOND and a PAYMENT BOND, each In the amount of 100 percent of the CONTRACT PRICE, with a corporate surety approved by the OWNER, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract. The work for this project generally consists of the construction of a bioretention basin and accompanying drainage infrastructure in order to effectively capture and treat stormwater runoff in the area of the Piscataquog River (Namaske Lake) boat ramp in Manchester, New Hampshire. The project primarily consists of the excavation and installation of a bioretention area and accompanying drainage infrastructure at the boat ramp site in the vicinity of 2 Electric Street as shown on Drawings C-1 through C-3 and D-1 through D-2. Additional work includes installation of erosion controls, crushed stone to stabilize the roadside, curbing, installation of plantings, paving, and installation of a new kiosk.
