The Town of Hopkinton, MA is seeking an individual or firm to submit sealed proposals relating to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the procurement and installation of a new UHF P25 Conventional Simulcast radio system to replace the current system serving our Public Safety Departments All Federal and laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, pertaining to M.G.L. c. 30B procurement as well as all fair labor laws are applicable to this bid. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities and to award in the best interest of the Town. Hopkinton is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
