Site work for a water / sewer project in Hopkinton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to, the installation of a drainage system, including dewatering when necessary, reconstruction of a driveway, installation of hot mix asphalt berm. Questions regarding this bid shall be submitted via email to Kerry at kreed@hopkintonma.gov before 2 pm on December 11, 2024. Mass DOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as, Drainage, is required The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities and to award in the best interest of the Town. SCOPE OF WORK It is the intention of the Town of Hopkinton to enter into a Contract Price Agreement with Construction Companies experienced in, but not limited to: the installation and repair of public roadway, water, sewer, and/or drainage systems and related work with the Towns streets and utility infrastructure. The Construction Company selected (hereinafter referred to as Contractor may be required to work at various public roads, Town owned property, or public utility easements. Work expected under this contract includes but is not limited to: Installation of a drainage system, including dewatering when necessary Reconstruction of a driveway Installation of hot mix asphalt berm Slope reconstruction, including loam and seed and a section of stone for pipe ends slope
