The Town of Hopkinton, MA Department of Public Works is seeking sealed bids for Traffic Signal Improvements - Various Intersections. The scope of work shall include the installation of 3 video cameras at various traffic signals in Town (Total Quantity- 3). Question Deadline 10/16/2024 at 3:00 PM ET There will not be a pre-bid site visit for this project. Prevailing Wage rates will apply to this project. Award will go to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as, Traffic Signals, is required for the project with an estimated value of $100,000. All laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, pertaining to M.G.L. c. 30, 39M procurement, are applicable to this bid, and bids must conform to M.G.L., Chapter 149, Section 27. Questions regarding this bid shall be submitted via email to Maureen McKeon at mmckeon@hopkintonma.gov before 3 pm on October 11, 2024. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities and to award in the best interest of the Town. The Town of Hopkinton is an Equal Opportunity Employer
