Town of Dennis Owner's Project Manager Services for Construction of Water Resource Recovery Facility the Town of Dennis, Acting Through Its Chief Procurement Officer, is Seeking the Services From Qualified Firms for Owner's Project Manager (Opm) Services as Defined in Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 44a1/2, Chapter 30, & 39m and Further Defined by Provisions of This Request for Qualifications (Rfq), to Oversight of the Construction of a New Water Resource Recovery Facility (Wrrf) as Described in More Detail in the Rfq. The Wrrf Will Be Located at 160 Theophilus Smith Road, Dennis. The Estimated Wrrf Cost is Approximately $95,000,000. It is Anticipated That Construction Funding Will Be Requested at Town Meeting in October 2024. This Solicitation is Being Conducted in Accordance With the Provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Section 7c, && 44-58 and All Contracts Must Be Strictly Awarded in Accordance With the Requirements of the Request for Qualifications. If It Becomes Necessary to Revise Any Part of This Rfq or Otherwise Provide Additional Information, an Addendum Will Be Issued to All Prospective Proposers Who Received Copies of the Original Request. The Town Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Responses, Waive Informalities, and Award the Contract as Deemed in the Best Interest of the Town, in Accordance With Massachusetts General Laws. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
