for residents to still have parking spaces available.
The contractor will be responsible for filling cracks over 1/z" in the parking
lots and resealing the parking lot surfaces with two coats of sealant.
Please give LHA enough notice "5 days" for each site to give our residents
notice to move their vehicles from the lots before sealing is started.
LHA will be available to be onsite for any vehicles in parking lots or to answer
any questions about the sites or work.
LHA will make sure vehicles are moved for crack sealing and sealant
applications and blocking off the parking lots or sections of parking lots being
sealed.
The contractor will be responsible for cleaning debris, small limbs, leaves,
rocks, etc. from parking lots before sealing is started.
