Replacement of (7) 480 Volt Transformers Questions regarding this Invitation to Bid shall be submitted via the Messages. Any bid submitted will be binding for 60 days after the date of the bid opening. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. Bid security shall be released to unsuccessful Bidders within 120 days after the date of bid opening. The Lycoming County Board of Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to accept any part of a bid without accepting the whole thereof, or to accept such bid as they deem to be in the best interest of the County. Question Deadline 08/09/2024 at 5:00 PM ET All questions regarding this ITB shall be submitted via online.
