Renovation of an educational facility in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond of an approved Surety Company, certified check, or cashier's check in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the proposal. Bond or check shall be drawn in favor of Pennsylvania College of Technology. This project is a project constituting public works and is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, of August 15, 1961, P.L. as amended and supplemented. Bids must be in the hands of the undersigned at the stated date and time, when bids will be electronically opened. The College reserves the right to waive any informalities in bidding, reject any or all bids, select a single item from any bid, or accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the College. Questions Due Date: Jul 16th 2024, 4:30 PM EDT All RFIs shall be submitted through general contractors to PennBid. Single prime contractor to furnish and install an air handling unit, with duct work, remove and dispose of the current system, and conduct ceiling renovations of an approximately 2,000 square foot office space along with other minor interior renovations at the Hager Lifelong Education Center (LEC) building
