Renovation of a mixed-use development in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium; and educational facility.
Pennsylvania College of Technology is seeking bids for a: Single prime contractor to furnish and install a new roof-top unit at the Community Arts Center (CAC); remove the existing CAC roof-top unit and weighted fall protection system and transport and install it at the Keystone Dining Room (KDR) after removing and disposing of the existing KDR roof-top unit. The project will include related ductwork, electrical work, dunnage, roof patching/flashing, upgrade to the KDR's fire alarm/fire protection systems, replacing the KDR's ceiling and lights and related tasks. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond of an approved Surety Company, certified check, or cashier's check in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the proposal. Bond or check shall be drawn in favor of Pennsylvania College of Technology. Question Deadline 08/27/2024 at 4:30 PM ET Deadline to submit Questions Online. The College reserves the right to waive any informalities in bidding, reject any or all bids, select a single item from any bid, or accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the College.
