This bid solicits high voltage transmission construction, maintenance, and repair firms (contractor) to provide all labor and equipment for planned and emergency support to NPU's transmission infrastructure. Services shall include preventative maintenance and inspections, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs to the following transmission lines: 1. 617 Line - 69KV, wood pole, H frame construction. 1.3 Miles in length with 16 structures. 2. 1000 Line - 115KV, wood pole, H-frame construction. 1.45 miles in length with 15 structures. Services shall include preventative maintenance and inspections, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs to high voltage transmission substation infrastructure.
