Scope of work: Demolish and remove existing structure with assumed asbestos, determined by building age and materials. Remove all pavement and concrete Leave property ready for pavement Question Deadline 10/11/2024 Any questions concerning the bid document must be submitted to purchasing@ucps.org no less than ninety-six (96) hours before bid opening date. Performance Bond Required - A One Hundred Percent (100%) performance or an irrevocable letter of credit in favor of Union County Government at a federally insured financial institution. MUST be submitted before purchase order issued. Bids will be opened immediately following the close of the bid. Union County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
