Bid documents info : This deposit will be refunded only to the unsuccessful bidders, tendering a bona fide bid, upon return of the plans and specifications in good condition within fourteen (14) days after the bids have been received. The successful bidder shall forfeit plan deposit of $350.00. The successful Bidder shall be required to obtain a full original set of the bound Bid Documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond naming Union County Public Schools as obligee thereof, underwritten by a surety company, satisfactory to the Owner, in the sum of 5% of the amount of the bid. Question Deadline 11/22/2024 Any questions concerning the bid document must be submitted to purchasing@ucps.org no less than ninety-six (96) hours before bid opening date.
