Completed plans call for the construction of a 99,750-square-foot, one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility; for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility; 10,300-square-foot, two-story above grade office development; and office development.

The scope of work includes the design and construction of a single structure comprised of a one-story 99,750 SF warehouse and a two-story 10,300 SF unfinished office Space including interior lighting, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and fire suppression systems; building pad construction, extension of certain utilities to 5 foot outside the building; and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. The Owner reserves the right to reiect any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. Attention is directed to the fact that procurement is subject to all requirements of the Pennsylvania Stee: Products Procurement Act, Act No. 1978-3; and for Contract value exceeding $25,000, the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (Act of 1961 P.L, 987), and The Public Works Employment Verification Act (July 2012) apply. The Owner shall (a) award the construction contract to the lowest responsible bidder therefore, or (b) reiect all bids received within ninety (90) days of the date of bid opening; provided, however, that the Owner may, in its sole discretion, delay such award or rejection for up to one hundred twenty (120) days from the bid opening date until the Owner has received all required approvals from other governmental agencies.
