Renovation of a water / sewer project in Industry, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes the cleaning/rehabilitation of two (2) existing municipal, and grouting of one (1) abandoned well. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, grouting the existing abandoned well; chemical well cleaning, replacement of well drop piping and valves, electrical upgrades, and pump replacement, for the existing two (2) wells. Perform all work necessary to complete all work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Contract includes all General, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical work required for the job, complete. Any technical questions regarding the bid documents are to be directed to LSSE. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Authority, Borough or Township to guarantee the bidder's entrance into the contract if given the award. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids.
