Site work for a water / sewer project in Grand Bend, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work under this contract covers the concrete wharf rehabilitation and related repair works at the harbour at Grand Bend, Ontario. Grand Bend is located on the east shore of Lake Huron in the town of Lambton Shores. The work under this contract covers: Removal and replacement of designated areas of the existing concrete parapet and deck on the North Pier. The installation of new safety ladders. The Installation of a new guard rail. It is anticipated the Contractor can perform and complete the Work in approximately 4-6 weeks. All Work must be completed by January 15, 2025. The estimated contract period will be 3 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/10/15. TWO PHASE SELECTION PROCESS This is the first phase (Phase 1) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders; second phase (Phase 2) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of contract in Phase Two the pre-qualification list will be terminated, no additional contracts will be awarded. Documents can be obtained at https://canadabuys.canada.ca/
