The
furnishing of all labor, materials, use of Contractor's equipment, plant and all else necessary to
construct properly all of the improvements within the improvement generally designated, SUNSET
MEADOWS SANITARY SEWER - SECTION 2.
At such hour, or as soon as practicable thereafter, the Board of Trustees of the District will
proceed to open in the presence of all bidders and consider the bids received for the furnishing of
such labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the proper construction of such improvements.
The extent of the work consists of the construction or other effectuation of the items listed
below and other related preparatory and subsidiary work from issuance of the Notice to Proceed:
