Site work and renovation of a conference / convention center in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center; and for site work for a conference / convention center.
This project includes providing all labor, materials, and equipment for the beautification green space at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, in Boston, including, precast concrete, concrete, metal fabrications, electrical, site work, irrigation and landscaping all as more fully set forth in the Specifications and Drawings. The work is anticipated to be completed between January and May 2025, and the value of the contract has been estimated at $7,750,000.00. Questions or requests for information, clarification or interpretation of the bidding documents must be submitted in writing to bflynn@massconvention.com and cc cgong@massconvention.com in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be received no later than 5:00 PM, September 17, 2024. Each bid shall be submitted and will be considered in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and other Contract Documents, and shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the value of the bid. The Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids if it be in the public interest to do so. The Authority reserves the right to cancel this procurement at any time without liability to any bidder or other party.
