The proposer must agree to be the primary contractor for the purposes of providing all of the services pursuant to this RFP and must be without conflict of interest regarding any type of work performed for the Fund for Parks and Recreation, or as described in this RFP. The proposer must have the necessary equipment and technical qualifications to perform the services outlined in the RFP. The proposer must prepare, furnish, and maintain the building and kitchen for operation. The proposer will be responsible for maintaining the building's current condition and daily cleaning of the public patio. The successful proposer will bear sole responsibility for procuring all applicable permits and licenses at the discretion of the board to operate the Concession Pavillion. The lessee shall operate the Concession Pavillion seven (7) days per week, during the Spring, Summer and Fall seasons for a period of three consecutive years. An abbreviated schedule may be instituted during the Winter months. The proposed operating hours and menu pricing schedule shall be submitted in writing on an annual basis to the Parks Department for approval by the Parks Commissioner on or about March 1st of each year of the agreement.
