Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Contractor shall furnish and install all necessary labor, materials, heavy equipment, light equipment, agencies services, plans processing, tools, permits, and all other necessary equipment to construct the project development work on the property owned by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue (MDFR). o Project Name: Proposed MDFR Fire Station 71 o Project Address: 15430 SW 184 Street (Eureka Dr.), Miami, FL. o Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (MD-WASD) Agreement #30755 In addition to the Introduction information listed above, the project work shall include, Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plans authorized and approved by Miami-Dade County Public Works; New connection into existing MD-WASD utilities; MD-WASD inspection; Public Works Paving & Drainage inspection; Storm Water Prevention Pollution Plan; DIP Piping; HDPE Piping; PVC C900; Concrete Piping; Catch basins installations; Water line concrete slab(s); Trench drainage installation; Asphalt street development; Asphalt Paving Restoration; Paving striping; Traffic Signage; Concrete curb & gutter; Clearing, grub, and grading; Backfilling; Concrete sidewalks; Geotechnical and material testing; Surveying. Contractor Bid Price shall be in accordance with the Avino & Associated Bid Set drawings dated 07/12/2024, which includes the Scope of Work herein; Paving, Grading and Drainage Plan PD-1 to PD-7; Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan PD-8 to PD-10; Pavement Markings and Signage Plan PM&S-1 to PM&S-4; Water & Sewer Plan WS-1- WS-13. SITE RESTORATION Site Grading: Uniformly rough grade and slope area of construction to a smooth surface, free from irregular surface changes, debris, and rocks larger than 2". Grade existing site to a level condition accepted by MDFR Construction Manager. Transition between adjacent pavements, existing grades, adjacent properties, and new grades levels shall be part of this project. o Final grading of the area and site shall be done to avoid ponding of irrigation or rainfall. o Provide and install 42,723 square feet of Bahia sod in the areas of disturbed construction. ESTIMATED COST: $2,500,000.00 SBE- Goods & Service: 1% License Requirements - At the time of Bid and pursuant to the requirements of Section 10-3 of the Code of Miami-Dade County, Florida and Request for Price Quotation (RPQ) and Contract Documents, the Bidder and all its subcontractor must hold a valid, current, and active State and/or Miami-Dade County contractor's license consistent with the requirements of the Scope of Work Question Deadline 09/26/2024 at 5:00 PM ET The last day for project RFI QUESTIONS.
