Scope of work: (contractor must obtain and submit all permits prior to performing any work). Contractor to furnish the necessary materials, equipment and labor to accomplish the following: the scope of work is for the removal and replacement of the flooring and baseboards. The contractor will include the demolition of the existing flooring and base boards. The disposal of the materials by means of hauling away and/or dumpster on site provider by the contractor. The preparation of the floor by leveling and/or skim coating the flooring. The new flooring and baseboard's installation will follow the manufacture requirements. The work includes, but not limited to: . contractor to provide labor, material, transportation and equipment and perform all operations required for the installation of the proposed flooring. Contractor will be responsible for the removal and reinstallation of all furnishings - coordination must take place in order to store furnishings in the same location as the installation is taking place.
