Renovation of a municipal facility in Union, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of work involves the supply of all essential materials, equipment, transportation, and skilled labor for the purpose of executing removal and installation of metal roofing with substructure repairs hardwood flooring and substructure repairs at Union City Park Large Pavilion 575 N. Christina Ave. Union MO 63084. Specific project location and quantity of materials to be used shall be as set forth in the Plans and Specifications. Schedule: The work would need to be completed before March 1, 2025, or during a window between November 1, 2024, and March 1, 2025. Each proposal shall, as a guarantee of good faith on the part of the Bidder, be accompanied by a Cashier's Check drawn on an acceptable Missouri Bank or Trust Company, or an acceptable Bid Bond, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid The Contractor to whom the Work is awarded will be required by the Owner to furnish performance and payment Bonds to the Owner in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the contract so awarded. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the information for bidders.
