Any costs resulting from work performed that was directed by Southern California Edison, AT&T and Spectrum engineers, inspectors or other personnel will not be compensated unless said work was approved by the Engineer prior to work commencing. Contractor shall perform all trenching, backfill, pavement restoration, resurfacing and replacement of existing improvements (public or private including but not limited to driveways, fences, walls, signs, landscaping, mailboxes, and other such items) associated with or resulting from the work identified herein.
