That the Morgan County Public Library - Monrovia Branch in Monrovia, Indiana is requesting sealed bids from interested firms for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and transportation necessary for the interior remodel of the Morgan County Public Library Monrovia Branch - Monrovia Branch 145 S Chestnut St, Monrovia, IN 46157 Questions regarding the project, or requests for equal status, can be directed in writing to: krM Architecture, 765-649-8477, Kyle Schwind, kschwind@krmarchitecture.com A one hundred percent (100%) labor and materials performance bond will be required of the successful bidder. A five percent (5%) bid security in the form of an acceptable bid bond or certified check shall be submitted with all bids Summary Project Description: Interior renovation of the lower level of the Library, in addition to minimal casework on the main level.
