The Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Project generally consists of three blowers, controls, piping, a new UV unit and piping and appurtenances, modifications to the existing post aeration, a new standby generator and ATS, a new control room, and electrical work. Contractor shall provide complete color audio-video digital records of the surface features within and directly surrounding the area of construction to accurately document the pre- and postconstruction conditions. The digital records shall be provided at no additional cost to the Owner and shall be included in the contract sum. Digital video shall be done by a responsible commercial firm known to be skilled and regularly engaged in the business of color audio-video construction documentation.
