The City of Freeport is Accepting Sealed Proposals for the replacement of the structures at the Freeport Municipal Park located at 830 Mystery Harbor Lane. The Proposal should also include a cost for the replacement of the structures and engineering if larger than 50ft. It is the responsibility of the submitting entityto ensure that the proposal is received in atimely manner. Proposals received after thedeadline will not be considered for award,regardless of whether or not the delay wasoutside the control of the submitting firm. The deadline for inquiries is Friday, September13, 2024 at 5:00 P.M. The scope of work includes:
a. Perform all work in accordance with OSHA standards.
b. Demo and Install steel framing and R-Panel Roof/Trim for 27ft x 6ft Awning bolted to concrete and welded to top beam support
c. Demo and Install steel framing and R-Panel Roof/Trim for (2) 40ft x 21ft Awnings bolted to concrete and welded to top beam support
d. Provide Warranty
e. Provide Bond (if needed)
