Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238290, with a small business size standard of $22 million. The FSC/PSC is J036. The Chillicothe VA Medical Center requires full maintenance service for all elevators. Questions/Clarifications: In order to maintain integrity, all quoters are advised that any questions/clarifications shall be submitted in written form via email to the Contracting POC: Maggie Swetel, margaret.swetel@va.gov, and shall be received no later than September 12, 2024. Questions after that date may not be accepted. Submission shall be received no later than September 19, 2024, at 3 P.M. eastern to margaret.swetel@va.gov. Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(f).
