Salt Storage Facility Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount of 10% of the bid amount with a surety satisfactory to the aforesaid Director of Public Service, City of Chillicothe, Ohio or by certified check or cashier's check in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid amount in favor of the aforesaid Director of Public Service, City of Chillicothe, Ohio. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the State of Ohio Labor Standards Provisions including Prevailing Wage Rates, various insurance requirements, various equal employment opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City of Chillicothe, Ohio reserves the right to waive any informality, change quantities, or to reject any or all bids.
