Saving Project...

Site work for a water / sewer project in Farmington, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Installation of approximately 26,000 linear feet of 8", 6'" and 2" water lines, approximately 4,000 linear feet of 3/4 " and 1" water service lines, approximately 150 new water meters and setters for existing customers, the rehabilitation of an existing booster pump station, and all other requisite and necessary appurtenances and restorations for an operable water system. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Town of Farmington in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. Question Deadline 09/24/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Town of Farmington reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Work will be substantially completed and ready for final payment after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as listed above. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day.
