The Norton-Harding-Jimtown Public Service District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Norton-Harding-Jimtown Public Service District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The Work will be substantially completed and ready for final payment after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as listed above. Liquidated damages shall be $1000 per day. The conversion of a raw water test well to a new 500 GPM water source complete with electrical improvements, site preparation, raw water line to the existing water treatment plant and other necessary appurtenances.
