Site work and renovation of a civil project in Norton, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The replacement of the existing SCADA system at the following 5 tank sites, 2 booster stations, control valve, master meter, 2 raw water wells and water treatment plant. The Work will be substantially completed and ready for final payment after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as listed above. Liquidated damages shall be $1000 per day. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Norton-Harding-Jimtown Public Service District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The Norton-Harding-Jimtown Public Service District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Contract #2 The replacement of the existing SCADA system at the following 5 tank sites, 2 booster stations, control valve, master meter, 2 raw water wells and water treatment plant. Question Deadline 10/01/2024 Biddershallsubmit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documentsto Engineer in writing.
