Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Riverside, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

PROJECT NUMBER & PHASE 08000204451 The project is in Riverside County, in the City of Beaumont at the western end of the San Gorgonio Pass area of Riverside County on SR-60, between Jack Rabbit Trail and the SR-60/Interstate 10 junction. The proposed project was planned to be constructed in two phases. Phase I included the construction of the Potrero overcrossing structure, installation of concrete median barrier throughout the project limits, and extension of the existing Potrero Boulevard. No ramp connections to the SR-60 mainline were constructed as part of Phase I. Phase I of project was implemented by the City of Beaumont and completed and opened to traffic in 2022. Phase II of the project includes widening Potrero Boulevard on both sides of SR-60 to six (6) lanes, adding two (2) new diagonal on-ramps, two (2) new loop on-ramps, two (2) new diagonal off-ramps, and realigning western Knolls Avenue with Potrero Boulevard located north of the proposed interchange. The project will be implemented by RCTC in partnership with the City of Beaumont and Caltrans , who will be the ultimate owner of the facility. The Project is described in more detail in the plans and specifications prepared for the Project. Bids shall be valid for one hundred eighty (180) days after the final date for receipt shown above. Bids must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or Bid Bond in favor of the Commission in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish, prior to award of the Contract, a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Total Bid Price, and a Payment (Material and Labor) Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Total Bid Price, on the form provided and in the manner described in the Bid Documents.
