Reference Number : 0000362119 The City of Stanton (City) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional design services for the Central Park Tennis Courts Renovation Project. The City of Stanton is currently undertaking design efforts to revamp the tennis courts and add lighting around the playground within Central Park. The Central Park Tennis Courts Renovation project proposes renovating the existing four (4) tennis courts, transforming one (1) tennis court into a pickleball court, and adding lighting around the existing playground. The City is expecting final plans and specifications to be completed within six (6) months of the contract award. The City desires to have Plans, Specifications, and Estimate ("PS&E"), a complete bid package, public meetings, and procurement of necessary permits for the project. The City will furnish the boiler plate specifications. Plans shall include but not limited to, plan and profile views, plans for structural, landscaping, lighting (existing tennis courts and playground area), irrigation, and civil improvements. Final plans shall be scaled and in reproducible sheets.
