Blue Valley Metropolitan District (BVMD) shall be named additional insured for auto and liability insurance. A certificate of insurance must be sent to BVMD. Bids shall be submitted on the BVMD supplied form with no alterations or recreations. Contract term shall be November 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025. Plowing shall occur after 4" of fresh snow fall or 6" wind drift and anytime melting causes slush conditions. Plowing includes required push backs to maintain full road width at all times. School bus (Mailboxes) stop shall be plowed by 7am, Monday through Thursday. Other roads shall be plowed at least for single car no later than 7:30am and/or 5pm for travelers to and from work. Water Tank road shall be cleared for a Thursday inspection by water operator. Pump house road shall be cleared in emergency cases (less than 24-hour notice). Contractor shall submit, with bid, a list of equipment (owned or leased) to be used in BVMD and a summary of verifiable past experience. Considerations for award will include; price, equipment to be used, and past experience verified. Terms are Net 30 from date invoice is received.
