Scope of Work - Reservoir Description: The Reservoir #2 is equipped with a water tower that features a cylindrical base with a diameter of 40 feet and a height of 120 feet. The structure supports a tank thatadds an additional 30 feet to the height, resulting in a total structure height of 155 feet. At the base of the tower, an 8-foot by 8-foot access provides entry and exit for maintenance personnel. Inside thetower, maintenance is facilitated by a series of platforms and ladders spaced every 20 feet, extending up to the interior height of 120 feet. The leak is located at the bottom of the tank, just above the walkway. Additionally, a roof hatch at the top of the tank provides access to the tanks interior 5% Bid Bond required: YES Bonded & Licensed Contractor: YES Performance & Payment Bond: YES Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates required: YES Time of completion: Contractor shall complete work by October 31, 2025, and within five (5) consecutive working days starting from the commencement of work. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept any bid, or waive minor informalities.
